Huawei Buys ITS To Consolidate Middle East Enterprise Solution Strategy

Huawei Technologies , China's leading ICT services and equipment vendor, has bought IT solutions and software services provider International Turnkey Solutions (ITS) for an undisclosed amount, reports regional business daily Zawya. ITS is a subsidiary of Kuwait Fait Finance House (KFH). The deal is expected to be completed in October 2011, subject to regulatory approval. The move is in line with Huawei's expansion strategy for the Middle East enterprise solutions market.
