Tauron And PGNiG Benefit From Vattenfall's Offloading Strategy

Sweden's state-owned utility Vattenfall has finalised agreements with the Polish gas company PGNiG and utility Tauron to sell all of its electricity, heat, distribution and sales business assets in Poland. The two sales agreements are part of Vattenfall's offloading strategy, and will allow Tauron to reinforce its presence in the distribution segment.
