Rwanda Government Plans To Sell Rwandatel By The End Of 2011

Rwanda plans to sell incumbent operator Rwandatel by the end of 2011 following the recommendation of a government-appointed administrator and a court ruling in July 2011 ordering the liquidation of the company to safeguard the interest of its creditors and other stakeholders.
