PE Firm BC Partners To Buy Sweden's Com Hem

BC Partners, a private equity firm, signed an agreement to buy the Swedish cable operator Com Hem. Com Hem, Sweden's largest TV provider at YE10 with a 46.7% market share, is currently owned by private equity firms Carlyle Group and Providence Equity Partners.
