Serbia Government Not Selling Telekom Srbija, Yet

The Serbian Minister of the Economy and Regional Development, Nebojsa Ciric, said the national telecoms company, Telekom Srbija, is not going to be sold during the present government's term of office. Further, it was stated that the Serbian government plans to increase its share of the incumbent from 80-100 percent. Subsequently it will transform it into an open joint stock company and distribute free shares to the public during the summer and autumn of 2011.
